About the Role
The Communications & Marketing Officer contributes to the development and delivery of the College’s marketing, communications and community engagement initiatives. The role produces high‑quality, strategic and creative communication that promotes and protects the College’s reputation, strengthens community connection and supports enrolment growth. Working with a high degree of professional autonomy, the position plans, coordinates and delivers communication and marketing activities, managing competing priorities and adapting approaches in response to emerging needs and opportunities.
Through professional judgement, creativity and initiative, the role ensures communication is consistent, engaging and aligned with the mission, values and strategic priorities of the College, contributing to the College’s visibility, reputation and long‑term sustainability through effective storytelling, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver initiatives that strengthen the College’s brand, reputation and engagement.
- Create and manage content across digital, print, social media and internal communication channels.
- Manage social media engagement and evaluate campaign performance to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote College events, programs, achievements and key initiatives.
- Maintain brand consistency while supporting communications, marketing campaigns and community engagement activities.
About You
You are a proactive and creative communications professional with strong writing, digital content and stakeholder engagement skills. You can manage multiple priorities, deliver high‑quality communications across a range of platforms, and build positive relationships with staff, families and the wider community. With excellent organisational skills, sound judgement and a commitment to continuous improvement, you are passionate about promoting the College’s mission, values and reputation while supporting community engagement and enrolment growth.
