10738883 Canada inc o/a Aionios SPA is looking for Sales Supervisor Retail to manage our location at: 138 Cumberland Str, Unit 7A,Toronto, Ontario M5R 1A6, $36.5/Hr, ability to supervise up to 10 employees, Min 3 yrs exp. required.

Duties

• Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Determine staffing requirements
• Recruit and train staff
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold
• Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
• Perform cash deposits
• Balance daily transactions
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve problems that arise such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Authorize payments by check and the return of merchandise
• Customer service oriented

Skills/Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years job related experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team player
• Strong people skill

Education

Completion of high school

Experience

Minimum 3 years

Languages

Speak English, Read English
