What You'll Do

• Provide professional customer support in Polish and English.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and with empathy.
• Resolve issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow internal procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams when necessary.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• High level of empathy and patience.
• Ability to make rational decisions under pressure.
• Experience managing high volumes of customer interactions is an advantage.
• Knowledge of e-commerce is considered a plus.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Salary & Benefits

• €920 gross/month (14 salary payments per year).
• Attendance Bonus: €45/month (paid for 11 months).

Working Schedule

• On-site position in Lisbon.
• Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday.
• Working hours between 08:00 and 18:00.
• Two rotating days off each week.
