KLATU Networks, a leader in AI-driven predictive analytics for lab and cold-storage equipment, is hiring a Field Service Technician. You’ll deliver hands-on technical support, train customers, and ensure service excellence using our patented TRAXX AI 2.0 analytics platform.

About KLATU

We hold 15 patents for machine learning and partner with 8 of the top 10 largest life-science companies. Our platform predicts failures, assesses energy efficiency, monitors utilization, tracks validation, and evaluates quality of repairs.

Role

Based in Southern California, you will support life-science customers, troubleshoot systems, assist with installs, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, email, and on-site
• Troubleshoot and test using TRAXX AI 2.0 diagnostics and Wi-Fi network connections
• Track issues in CRM and provide reports
• Collaborate with sales and engineering on solutions

Ideal Qualifications

• Experience with installing and supporting wireless IoT/monitoring systems
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, predictive analytics
• Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
• Background in life sciences or automation a plus
