We're Hiring – Maintenance Technician (Industrial Machinery & Collaborative Robots).

Schedule: Regular weekdays (with occasional weekend availability).

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician with solid experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery. Experience with collaborative robots is a strong plus. The role supports a high-demand environment in the automotive sector, working closely with the process engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and collaborative robots
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures to ensure minimal downtime
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing and implementing solutions to reduce breakdowns and increase equipment efficiency
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and collaborate on long-term corrective actions
• Cooperate with process and production engineers on technical interventions
• Occasionally support weekend shifts when required (not the standard schedule)
• Support basic PLC troubleshooting (knowledge required, programming not necessary)

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance in high-demand environments
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams
• Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment
• Experience with collaborative robots is a strong advantage
• Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, TPM, etc.)
• High resilience to pressure and fast-paced environments
• Intermediate to advanced level of English (spoken and written)

Additional Info:

• We are looking for candidates who come from high-volume production environments, not small workshops
• This is a hands-on, on-site role that requires technical versatility and adaptability
