Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring items are clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for the team to execute.


• Represent the voice of the business and end users, making clear prioritization decisions that maximize value delivered each PI.


• Participate actively in sprint ceremonies including planning, reviews, and retrospectives, providing direction and accepting completed work.


• Use SQL to interrogate data outputs, validate delivered solutions, and make evidence-based decisions on scope and priorities.


• Collaborate with the BA and technical leads to refine requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and resolve ambiguity before work begins.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, managing expectations and communicating delivery status clearly.

Qualifications

• A valid security clearance at the level of Reliability;


• Required Skills: Oracle SQL, Product Management, Product Development
