Key Responsibilities
- Handle and process a high volume of customer service tasks efficiently while meeting daily targets
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via written and verbal channels

- Adhere to defined timescales and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduation required
