Who We're Looking For:

• You are a BDR, SDR, Sales Executive, Inside Sales Executive, Account Executive, Telesales Executive, Lead Generation Executive, Sales Associate, Outbound Sales Representative, insurance sales agent or similar.
• You've worked in client-facing sales roles and know how to close deals and build relationships.
• Confidence, resilience, and a natural drive to outperform.

Earn what you're worth:

Base salary plus uncapped commission. An average performer can expect to earn €35K+ in year one and €55K+ in year two, as total compensation.
