Financial Reporting Specialist

On behalf of our clients, leading corporations based in Warsaw, we are looking for experienced Financial Reporting Specialists to join their finance teams.

• Coordinating and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
• Performing account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial data
• Preparing management accounting analyses and financial information for the Management Board
• Conducting variance and deviation analyses with clear commentary
• Supporting internal and external audit processes
• Participating in reporting to Group / global headquarters
• Preparing ad-hoc reports and analyses for senior stakeholders
• Collaborating with accounting, controlling and cross‑functional teams
• Contributing to process improvement and development of analytical tools

Mandatory requirements:

• Knowledge of IFRS or HGB is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI, SQL or VBA is a strong advantage
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, controlling or audit
• Strong command of English (B2/C1), written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Solvency II knowledge
• Experience in SSC/GBS or multinational environment
