Role Overview

The Spain Sales Account Manager is a member of the BioCatch commercial EMEA team focused on driving account management and sales activities in Spain’s Banking and Financial Services market.

  • Primarily look after tier 1 and tier 2 financial services accounts in Spain.
  • Execute a strategic account plan for new, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Build deep customer relationships and drive high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop sales revenues from named existing BioCatch accounts and new business within those accounts.

This role is responsible for the entire sales process from inception to successful conclusion, including cultivating whitespace opportunities, prospecting, qualification, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.

Requirements

  • Experience driving sales revenues in banking or financial services, with a focus on large tier 1 & 2 accounts.
  • Strategic account planning skills with a consultative approach to opportunity management and deal closure.
  • Ability to establish, cultivate, and develop strategic partnerships with customers, channels, and technology partners.
  • Strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams (Business Development, Cyber Strategy, Pre‑Sales/Sales Engineering, Account Management) to maximize revenue and technology adoption while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Proven track record in managing forecasts, pipeline, and reporting, with accurate forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
