About the Opportunities
We are currently offering two (2) internship positions within our Marketing & Communications team. This posting includes two separate roles: one position as Digital Marketing & Project Management Intern and one position as Communications Intern (Internal Communication & Culture). By applying to this posting, you will be considered for one of the two roles, based on your profile, skills, and interests.
Position 1: Digital Marketing & Project Management Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate in the creation of creative briefs and support content production (videos, banners, publications)
- Coordinate tasks and deliverables across internal teams and external agencies
- Assist in campaign performance tracking and reporting
- Contribute to connecting digital initiatives with business outcomes (sales, leads, brand positioning)
Position 2: Communications Intern (Internal Communication & Culture)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of internal communication campaigns
- Create content for emails, newsletters, presentations, and internal platforms
- Collaborate on internal storytelling initiatives and employee engagement programs
- Assist in managing communication channels such as SharePoint and Teams
- Support reporting on campaign performance and engagement metrics
Who We Are Looking For
- Currently in their final semesters of Communication, Marketing, Design, Journalism, Social Communication, or related fields
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong communicators with excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Interested in developing skills in digital marketing, communications, or project management
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a collaborative environment
Required & Desired Skills
- Professional or advanced level of English (written and spoken)
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
Desired
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools
- Familiarity with digital platforms (social media, email marketing, analytics tools)
- Analytical mindset and interest in data‑driven decision‑making
Nice to Have
- Experience with platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Interest in employer branding, digital content, and DEI topics
