  • Troubleshoot and optimize mechanical, electrical, process and automation-related systems to achieve stable and efficient plant operation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams throughout the commissioning phase.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for customers during start-up, providing guidance and ensuring a smooth commissioning process.
  • Prepare commissioning reports and support the successful handover of installations to operations.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation or another relevant technical field.
  • 0–5 years of experience in commissioning, start-up, process engineering or industrial project environments.
  • A good understanding of process equipment, instrumentation and industrial automation; familiarity with PLC/SCADA systems is an advantage.
  • The ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics and functional descriptions.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary and international teams.
  • A customer-focused attitude and the confidence to build strong relationships on-site.
  • A willingness to travel internationally and work on customer sites for extended periods.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

What We Offer

  • A chance to contribute directly to a cleaner planet through meaningful work.
  • Exposure to innovative water treatment projects across the globe.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities to grow your technical expertise.
  • A competitive salary package with attractive benefits.
  • A supportive and international company culture focused on innovation, teamwork and sustainability.
