What You’ll Do

As a Back-End Software Engineer you’ll build and improve services that power our platform’s Data Fabric. You’ll work closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and other teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance services that meet the needs of our customers. You’ll also leverage the latest AI tools and platforms such as Claude, Codex, and other cutting-edge AI assistants to enhance development speed, code quality, and innovation.

Your work will directly contribute to customer success, fuel product innovation, and power the business growth of our platform.

• Design and develop high-performance, scalable microservices using Java
• Implement efficient and scalable graph DB solutions
• Architect solutions that meet strict compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI DSS)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system specifications and technical requirements
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making processes
• Implement robust error handling, monitoring, and automated recovery mechanisms
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Strong expertise in Java and Spring frameworks
• Experience with relational and graph databases
• Experience building microservices and multi-tenant solutions
• Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes and CI/CD
• Proven experience delivering scalable APIs and backend services

Bonus Points

• While we’re keen to hire a back-end developer, full-stack development experience is a plus.

Salary Range

$130,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
