Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Consultant with a strong background in Business Analysis, specifically within the TV and Media domain in the Telecom industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to TV and Media solutions in the Telecom sector.
• Develop and maintain architectural designs and solution blueprints that align with business needs and technical capabilities.
• Lead the design and implementation of solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and meet performance standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions are built according to specifications and best practices.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate potential solutions and their alignment with business goals.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members in business analysis and solution architecture.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to drive consensus and ensure alignment on project objectives.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in Business Analysis, with a strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
• Extensive knowledge of the TV and Media domain, particularly within the Telecom industry.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in creating architectural designs and solution blueprints.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms.
• Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Experience in leading cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in Business Analysis and Solution Architecture, with a focus on the Telecom industry.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Solution Architecture, or Project Management are a plus.
