Job Title: House Keeping Associate

Location: Delhi

Salary: 18,000 - 22,000

Experience: 1–2 years (Hospitality experience mandatory)

Role Summary

The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and

presentation across guest rooms and public areas. This role plays a critical part in delivering a

comfortable and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Room Operations

• Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms as per SOPs
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities
• Ensure bathrooms are sanitized and well-stocked
• Conduct room checks before marking them as ready

Public Area Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, staircases, and washrooms
• Ensure all common areas are presentable at all times

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with Front Office on room status updates
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items
• Ensure proper handling of guest belongings

Inventory & Hygiene

• Use cleaning chemicals safely and appropriately
• Maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping (hospitality preferred)
• Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and chemicals
• Physically fit with attention to detail
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
