Resident Manager

Centurion Asset Management Inc. is a recognized leader in the Investment and Property Management industries. Overview Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, the Resident Manager is responsible for the professional operation, management, administration and leasing of a Centurion apartment community, ensuring efficient operation within established budgets. Responsibilities Develop and foster positive relationships with co‑workers and residents, proactively resolving concerns. Professionally handle resident inquiries, feedback, complaints, and provide a high level of satisfaction. Market, show and rent apartments, collect applications and deposits, and ensure timely rental payments. Administer minor maintenance and work order repairs, review apartments at turnover and prepare renovation scopes. Keep apartments in a “rent‑ready” state and maintain common areas, lawns, and flower beds. Be accessible 24/7 to provide essential emergency services (fire, flood, injury) and execute fire and life safety procedures. Report building or apartment concerns promptly and complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements A passion for excellence in customer service delivery Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in customer service and/or property management Good written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Detail‑oriented; able to resolve problems using facts, sound reasoning and common sense Strong follow‑up skills with the ability to effectively resolve difficult issues in a timely manner Ability to lift, push and pull heavy objects, including garbage bins, furniture and appliances Be available for the following schedule: Week 1: Monday‑Friday, Week 2: Tuesday‑Saturday Centurion is an inclusive and equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for all employees.
