What the Role Looks Like Depending on the client engagement, the Epic Clinical Associate Manager will oversee the collaboration of multiple teams with Accenture, software vendors, and our client.

In addition, the manager supports the internal growth and development of the ATC's Epic Team. Key Responsibilities Experience with project plan creation: Take end user information to create a very detailed scope and get sign off from the Operations team. Create a detailed Excel project plan and drive through status calls as well as individual status updates, ensuring you stay on top of the project.

Executive presence: Portray competence and confidence to the Operations / Client resources. Be concise and clear in escalations and status reporting. Comfort with ambiguity: Every project will have some level of new complexity that you will need to figure out in order to deliver the project.

Be prepared to dig into some areas to figure out how to do the standard. A strong DRIVER personality: drive status updates and understand the intricacies of what is needed. Assist with the analysis and design of new business workflows.

Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases; assign resources to projects based on skill and mastery. Provide input into high‑level functional specifications. Participate in quality management reviews of the design and performance of work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.

Perform or advise on system configuration and integration setup and assist with testing activities. Serve as an intermediary with the client's Epic team and Accenture tech leads to support bilateral understanding of data structures, workflows and technology capabilities and limitations. Assist in the development and documentation of data requests and source‑to‑target mapping.

Other duties as assigned; this work may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support. This position is located in one of the following cities: Montreal or Mississauga, and requires on‑site presence three days per week. What You Need Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.

Minimum of 8‑14 years experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic Clinical Leader role. Experience and certification in at least one of Epic’s clinical apps (EpicCare Ambulatory, ClinDoc, Cupid, Orders, Radiant, etc.). Experience working with requirement gathering from Clinical leadership.

Bilingual (English/French) – not required. English is required for this position, as the incumbent will be expected to interact regularly with English‑speaking stakeholders across Canada. Bonus Points If You Have Experience in at least one full implementation of Epic.

Program or Project Management experience. Experience reporting accountability for projects/programs to executive leadership. Experience leading multiple teams through separate iterations of projects.

Experience with people management and adherence to business standards. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
