Role Description: The BIM Modeler is a full-time, remote role responsible for developing accurate, coordination-ready BIM models for mechanical and MEP systems. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating 3D models, producing detailed construction and fabrication drawings, and ensuring that models reflect real-world installation practices and project specifications.

The role involves collaborating with designers, engineers, and contractors to resolve clashes, maintain model standards, and support prefabrication planning. The BIM Modeler will also assist in documenting design changes, organizing model data for project teams, and contributing to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and best practices. Qualifications: Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience creating detailed, constructible MEP models.

Must have understanding of HVAC systems and familiarity of Coordinating with other MEP Trades. Ability to produce and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication documents aligned with field installation requirements. Understanding of architecture and building systems coordination, with skills in model review and clash detection.

Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and ability to follow project standards and guidelines. Effective communication and collaboration skills in a remote team environment. Experience with industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or similar) and familiarity with coordination platforms.

Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, architecture, construction technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Requirements: Monday - Friday, Weekends as needed. Work hours: 7AM EDT - 3:30 EDT / 4:30 PM IST - 1 AM IST Salary: ₹40,000 - 60,000 / month
