Job Title Network Delivery Manager Location Calgary, Alberta Posting Start Date 6/23/26 Overview The Network Delivery Manager is a seasoned professional with 15‑20 years of experience in the network domain, responsible for overseeing large‑scale enterprise networks of 1,500+ devices across Data Center, Campus Wired/Wireless, and WAN environments.

The role demands strong operational management, strategic leadership, and the ability to mentor a team of over 70 engineers. Key Responsibilities Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively identifying support gaps, anticipating blockers to service improvements, and organizing resources for maximum efficiency. Implement and enforce ITIL best practices in major incident handling, escalation management, and client management.

Act as the single point of contact for complex network operational deliverables and initiatives. Drive continual service improvements, foster a culture of excellence, and maintain clear communication channels with clients and internal teams. Support 24/7 operational demands and interact with senior leadership, including Director and CTO‑level stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills Expert-level proficiency in Cisco Nexus, Catalyst Switches, ISR/ASR Routers, Check Point and ASA firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, SolarWinds, Palo Alto SD‑WAN, Infoblox, and Zscaler Proxy. Proven operational exposure to large, complex networks with a commitment to driving improvements and operational excellence. Strong understanding of ITIL framework and hands‑on experience in incident handling and escalation management.

Leadership experience managing teams of over 70 engineers, driving performance, and mentoring talent. Must possess Cisco Routing and Switching knowledge (mandatory). Experience 8‑10 years in network operations and management roles.
