We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager in Houston, TX .

The primary responsibilities will include managing all Warehouse functions for 1-2 Customer Direct locations including inventory and truck loading/unloading, hands‑on supervision, and training, coaching and developing the overnight Warehouse Team (as well as daytime Inventory Specialists). Pay Range: $97,224- $106,389 Bonus Eligible: 15% Shift: Sunday-Thursday 6PM-6AM hours and days could vary based on business needs Location: Houston, TX support 2 locations North and South Houston Health Benefits: Medical, prescription, dental, vision, flexible spending account (FSA), dependent care flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA). Own execution and adherence to standards for all Warehouse processes related to inventory and warehousing.

Uphold frontline employee safety through the regulation of safety policy compliance, behaviors, and the identification and execution of safety improvement opportunities. Execute all Warehouse management related tasks, including but not limited to: day‑to‑day warehouse planning/scheduling (including headcount, labor allocation and job assignment determination), establishing team norms and collaborating with Route Operations. Lead/manage/develop frontline employees (Forklift Operators and Inventory Specialists) by hiring qualified team members, assigning team responsibilities, timely addressing of attendance/conduct/performance issues, and conducting mid‑year and year‑end Performance Evaluations.

Own compliance to facility standards, to include routine auditing of housekeeping schedules, facility inspections, and security/environmental/general compliance requirements. Uphold and execute all Warehouse productivity and quality goals, including equipment return procedures. Ensure product supply meets customer demand through management of inventory processes.

Qualifications 1-2 years previous supervisory experience, preferred Demonstrates confidence and influence in achieving productivity goals Skilled communicator (in groups and 1‑on‑1), who can set clear expectations Ability to hold direct reports accountable, quantitatively and qualitatively Ability to provide training and development for direct reports Demonstrates excellent role models and peer leadership behaviors and influence Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle physical requirements, including, but not limited to, repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting to 60 pounds Able to conduct regular inventory audits Able to safely use various warehouse equipment, including a forklift Valid driver’s license College degree preferred / High School diploma or equivalent required PC experience preferred (RMS, Excel, etc.) Ability to regularly travel between assigned locations If you're ready to embark on an exciting journey with Primo Brands, apply now!
