Job Description

Job Title: Bookkeeper Key Responsibilities ∙Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping for all company transactions ∙Record and reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and expense reports ∙Prepare, issue, and track client invoices ∙Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and ensure timely collections ∙Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable ∙Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets ∙Assist with tax preparation, filings, and compliance ∙Maintain organized records for audits and financial reviews ∙Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams regarding financial matters Required Skills & Qualifications ∙Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role ∙Strong understanding of bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting ∙Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and basic accounting principles ∙Excellent written and spoken English for professional client communication ∙High attention to detail and accuracy ∙Strong organizational and time-management skills ∙Ability to handle confidential financial information US shift Salary- 20-22k (4 hours)
