We are looking for exceptional and strategic individual(s) to grow our corporate finance and CFO services division servicing fast growing start-ups, investors, multinational companies in Asia, Australia, US and Europe. As we head towards our next phase of growth and expansion, he/she will be provided with various opportunities to learn and grow his / her career.

This role will work closely with our key partners, clients and other stakeholders in APAC and Europe. Role Overview The Manager / Senior Manager / Associate Director / Director- CFO Services will lead financial engagements , act as a strategic advisor to clients , and oversee financial operations across multiple accounts. Depending on the level, the individual will be responsible for managing client portfolios, mentoring teams, driving business excellence, and contributing to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Finance & CFO Advisory Serve as the primary finance partner for assigned clients. Provide strategic financial insights to founders, CEOs, and leadership teams. Build financial models, business plans, and growth strategies.

Develop annual operating plans, budgets, and rolling forecasts. Support fundraising activities, investor reporting, and due diligence. Present financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Financial Planning & Analysis ( FP&A) Analyze financial performance and identify key business drivers. Prepare monthly management reports and MIS dashboards. Track KPIs and provide actionable business recommendations.

Conduct profitability, pricing, and cost optimization analysis. Develop cash flow forecasts and working capital plans. Accounting & Financial Reporting Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure timely month-end and year-end closures. Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards. Oversee reconciliations and financial accuracy.

Review accounting processes and internal controls. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders.

Review GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other regulatory compliances. Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Process Improvement and Automation Identify opportunities to improve finance processes.

Drive implementation of finance SOPs and internal controls. Recommend automation and technology solutions. Improve reporting efficiency and operational excellence.

Client Relationship Management Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously. Build long-term trusted relationships with clients. Understand client business models and industry challenges.

Deliver exceptional client service and proactively identify opportunities for additional support. Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop finance professionals.

Review work prepared by team members. Allocate work and monitor project timelines. Conduct performance coaching and provide constructive feedback.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture. Business Development ( Senior Manager & Above ) Support proposal preparation and client pitches. Participate in business development initiatives.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services. Contribute to thought leadership and practice development. Qualifications and Skills Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.

Become the “go to person” internally and with clients for any corporate finance, CFO services, finance and accounting and related projects Superior finance and accounting, corporate finance skills Highly analytical and data driven Good knowledge of working on excel including financial models Confident, independent and adaptable to drive end to end client growth Working with the internal team to grow our business Willing to contribute and adapt to the growing needs of our business and our client’s business Problem solver, extremely results-driven and execution-focused, motivated and entrepreneurial Ability to own outcomes and make things happen with a strong sense of urgency Excellent communication skills in a must both written and verbal – currently our team and our clients are from different nationalities and growing rapidly MBA (Finance) or additional finance certifications are an advantage. Minimum 7 years of experience working on finance and accounting or corporate finance projects. Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.

Experience in outsourced CFO services, consulting, or finance leadership roles is preferred. Preferred Experience Consulting or outsourced CFO practice. Startup ecosystem.
