Role Description The Sales Team Lead β Inside Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for leading and coaching an inside sales team to achieve revenue targets, manage pipelines.
Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing outbound and inbound sales activities, tracking performance metrics, forecasting, and ensuring consistent follow-ups with prospects and existing clients. The Sales Team Lead will collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging, gather feedback from the field, and improve conversion rates. The role also involves conducting regular sales reviews, delivering training, maintaining accurate CRM records, and representing the companyβs mission to partners and healthcare organizations.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing inside sales teams, driving lead conversion, handling enterprise prospects, and achieving aggressive revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage the Inside Sales team. Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Executives.
Drive qualified meetings, product demos, proposals, and revenue targets. Develop daily sales strategies and execution plans. Assign and monitor inbound and outbound leads.
Improve lead qualification and conversion rates. Ensure timely follow-ups using CRM. Conduct daily sales huddles and performance reviews.
Handle strategic and high-value enterprise prospects. Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance. Coordinate with the Business Development and Field Sales teams for seamless opportunity management.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports. Build and optimize sales playbooks, scripts, and SOPs. Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Preferred Candidate Profile 1β4 years of experience in Inside Sales. Team handling experience. Experience selling SaaS, Healthcare, Medical Devices, HealthTech, Enterprise Solutions, or Technology Products is preferred.
Strong leadership and coaching skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proven experience in high-value B2B sales.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent negotiation and objection-handling abilities. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment.
A bachelorβs degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
