Drainage Engineer

Overview Join HomeServe as a Drainage Engineer and play a vital role in keeping our customers' homes running smoothly. As a Drainage Engineer, you'll be working in customers' homes diagnosing and resolving drainage issues. Responsibilities Clearing blockages using high-pressure water jetting (HPWJ) equipment.

Investigating drainage problems and identifying root causes. Carrying out repairs to domestic drainage systems. Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service.

Representing HomeServe in customers' homes with professionalism and care. Providing a field-based role where no two days are the same, giving you variety and autonomy. Qualifications HPWJ (High Pressure Water Jetting) ticket.

Experience working in drainage. Full UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points). Strong customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and solve problems on site. A positive, proactive approach to your work. Benefits & Compensation Salary: £33,220 to £37,810 (depending on experience) plus £1,500 guaranteed bonus in your first year.
