Join Quo as a Senior Revenue Operations Manager and enhance our PLG strategy through data-driven decisions. Your role will facilitate collaboration across departments, ensuring a seamless revenue reporting process. In this vital role, you’ll report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations.
Your key duties include overseeing the revenue data model in Salesforce, optimizing reporting systems, and maintaining integrations across our revenue tech stack. You will work with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the revenue data management in Salesforce • Build reliable reports and dashboards for accurate insights • Manage day-to-day operations of tools like Outreach and Gong • Design efficient processes for customer and lead conversions • Document and share institutional knowledge effectively Requirements: • 3-5 years in SaaS Revenue Operations or Data Analysis • Expertise in Salesforce architecture and automation • Comfortable with SQL and BI applications • Hands-on experience in quota modeling and lead scoring • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Drive efficiency and clarity in Quo’s operations with your expertise. #J-18808-Ljbffr
