Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities and ensuring efficient, scalable processes across New Age Farming's supply chain and business functions.

This role includes planning and coordinating production schedules, monitoring inventory and order fulfillment, and optimizing logistics for farm-to-business deliveries and B2B produce supply. The Operations Manager will collaborate with farming, sales, and customer success teams to maintain consistent product quality, improve operational performance, and support sustainable agriculture initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing standard operating procedures, tracking operational metrics, managing vendor and partner relationships, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.

The role also involves supporting compliance with food safety standards, coordinating cross-functional communication, and using digital tools to organize workflows and documentation. Qualifications Operations and process management skills, including experience in planning, organizing, and optimizing workflows and standard operating procedures. Supply chain and logistics skills, such as inventory control, order fulfillment coordination, and working with B2B partners in distribution or restaurant supply.

Analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to interpret data, track key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Comfort with digital tools and systems, including basic proficiency in spreadsheets, operations or ERP software, and documentation platforms.

Knowledge or interest in agriculture, food systems, or sustainable practices (experience with hydroponic or urban farming operations is a plus). Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines consistently. Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, Agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
