Senior Manager (QA/QC) – Civil Position: Senior Manager – QA/QC (Civil) Department: Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) Project: DC – Ghansoli (NMI03 & Adaptation Work) Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering Experience: 15+ Years No. of Positions: 2 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced QA/QC professional to lead quality assurance and quality control activities for Data Center and Commercial Building projects. The candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing quality systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, applicable codes and standards, and maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor the Project Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality procedures.

Ensure all civil construction works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards. Supervise quality inspections for RCC works, structural steel, masonry, waterproofing, architectural finishes, and infrastructure works. Review and approve material submittals, method statements, inspection requests, and quality documentation.

Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, third-party agencies, and testing laboratories. Monitor testing of construction materials including concrete, steel, aggregates, and other building materials. Identify quality non-conformities, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Conduct internal quality audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations. Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, test certificates, material approvals, and quality dashboards. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements and company quality standards.

Provide technical guidance and mentor the QA/QC team while coordinating with execution, design, procurement, and HSE departments. Required Experience Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC for large-scale civil construction projects. Mandatory experience in: Data Center Projects Commercial Building Projects Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, construction quality standards, and inspection practices.

Experience in handling client, consultant, and third-party quality inspections and audits. Desired Skills Strong understanding of construction materials, testing procedures, and quality control methodologies. Knowledge of IS Codes, NBC, ASTM, ACI, and other relevant construction standards.

Excellent documentation, reporting, and analytical skills. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Experience with reputed EPC contractors or developers executing Data Center and Commercial Building projects. Proven ability to establish and maintain robust QA/QC systems on large infrastructure projects.
