Industry 4.0 Consultant | Vaccine Manufacturing *Location:* Navi Mumbai *Experience:* 5+ Years At *TechInvention Lifecare Ltd.*, we are building the next generation of smart biopharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturing facilities by integrating advanced digital technologies, automation, and intelligent manufacturing practices. We are seeking experienced *Industry 4.0 Consultants* with a proven track record of implementing digital transformation initiatives within *biopharmaceutical, vaccine, biotechnology, or advanced manufacturing environments*. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the design and deployment of future-ready manufacturing ecosystems that drive operational excellence, quality, productivity, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities * Lead the development and implementation of Industry 4.0 strategies for biopharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturing facilities. * Design and deploy smart manufacturing solutions integrating automation, digital technologies, and connected production systems. * Drive digital transformation initiatives through Industrial IoT (IIoT), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, data analytics, and real-time process monitoring. * Enable data-driven decision-making by leveraging manufacturing intelligence, digital dashboards, and performance analytics. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency, process reliability, product quality, and operational resilience. * Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies that support intelligent manufacturing and continuous improvement. * Support digital integration across manufacturing operations, utilities, warehousing, and quality systems. * Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices within GMP manufacturing environments. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline. * Demonstrated experience implementing Industry 4.0 solutions within biopharmaceutical, vaccine, biotechnology, or advanced manufacturing facilities. * Strong understanding of Smart Manufacturing, Industrial IoT (IIoT), MES, SCADA, PLCs, automation systems, digital twins, AI/ML applications, cloud technologies, and manufacturing analytics. * Experience in digital transformation programs and connected manufacturing environments. * Knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is highly desirable. * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. *Interested candidates can share their resumes at:* [email protected] & [email protected]
