To explore know about us, visit your website: https://maarchitects.in/ Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Associate Architect (12+ years of experience) with a strong background in real estate projects to join our growing team.

The role offers hands-on exposure to live projects from concept to execution, with opportunities to contribute to design development, documentation, and coordination This position is ideal for individuals eager to learn, add value, and evolve into well-rounded professionals within a structured yet creative studio environment. 2. Key Roles & Responsibilities Lead the design development and execution of real estate projects. Provide design leadership,ensuring high-quality, innovative, and practical solutions.

Manage and oversee multiple real estate projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client requirements. Promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Ensure adherence to technical standards, codes, and best practices across all project stages.

Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution. Review drawings, details, and documentation to maintain quality and accuracy. Support in decision-making related to design, materials, and project strategies. 3.

Software & Technical Skills AutoCAD – Advanced proficiency (mandatory). SketchUp– For 3D modeling and Design Exploration. Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) – For Presentations & Project Documentation.

MS Office – Presentation, Documentation and Coordination. Knowledge of BIM tools (Revit) is an added advantage. 4. Expectations Demonstrate ownership and accountability in project delivery.

Drive design quality and innovation across all projects. Continuously upgrade knowledge of industry trends and technologies. 5 . Desired Profile Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

Minimum 12 years of professional experience in architectural design and real estate projects. Strong expertise in design development, project execution. Proven experience in handling large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

Excellent knowledge of construction detailing, building codes, technical standards, and industry best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong coordination, communication, and client management skills.

Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
