Job Title: MEPF Engineer / Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – MEPF Location: Kolkata CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory) Experience: 5–10 Years in High-Rise Residential, Commercial, or Real Estate Projects Job Summary We are looking for an experienced MEPF professional to manage the planning, execution, coordination, and monitoring of Electrical, PHE, HVAC, Fire Protection, and Fire Detection systems for high-rise construction projects. The role requires strong expertise in electrical systems, quantity surveying, contractor management, and project execution. Key Responsibilities Review and interpret Electrical drawings, including SLDs, HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, and distribution systems. Review MEPF drawings (PHE, HVAC, Fire Protection & Fire Detection) and resolve design/coordination issues. Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, material estimates, and verify contractor RA bills. Plan, monitor, and execute MEPF works as per project schedules, quality, and safety standards. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams for seamless execution. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Track contractor progress and ensure timely procurement of MEPF materials.

Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with NBC, electrical, and fire safety standards. Supervise testing, commissioning, as-built documentation, and project handover activities.
