Structural Engineer

This is a full-time role based in Edmonton, AB. The successful candidate will oversee the complete structural design process, including preliminary estimating support, structural analysis, steel truss design, cold-formed framing, connection design, and foundation systems. This role works closely with project managers, drafting, fabrication, and field teams to ensure efficient, buildable designs and successful project execution.

Qualifications P.Eng. designation in Alberta (or eligibility to obtain) Experience with steel truss design and pre-engineered/conventional steel buildings Strong knowledge of cold-formed steel, connection design, and foundation systems Experience preparing permit, shop, and erection drawing packages Working knowledge of applicable Canadian building codes and structural standards Proficiency with AutoCAD, Advance Steel, and structural design software Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's licence with ability to attend site visits as required #J-18808-Ljbffr
