Monitor and report on budget tracking of clocking hours, headcount, ODC, and overhead expenses.

Analyze spending trends, highlight risks and variances, and prepare monthly financial governance results for engineering leadership. Review and reconcile finance team reports, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies. Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards to improve budget visibility and performance tracking.

Support the development of budget tools and reports that streamline analysis and improve reporting efficiency. Report directly to the Governance, Strategy, and Budget Management team within Engineering and Product Development. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline. Strong financial and analytical skills. Autonomous, rigorous, organized, and quality‑focused.

Advanced Excel, intermediate PowerPoint, advanced Power BI, intermediate SQL, and proficiency with MS Office. Comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of management, including senior leadership. Effective team player with experience working in cross‑functional environments.

Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English.
