Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor design staff for optimal performance • Manage new project proposals and financial oversight • Respond to RFQ/RFPs and assist in business development • Cultivate and manage client relationships to drive growth • Oversee projects in Interior Architecture & Design Requirements: • 10+ years’ experience in interior design/architecture • 2+ years in a Project Manager or Senior role • Knowledge of commercial interior design projects • Strong client relationship and business development skills • Bachelor’s degree in related field; CAD and Revit proficiency Excel as a Studio Manager, fostering creativity and client relations, within the visionary team at Ware Malcomb. #J-18808-Ljbffr
