Lead the NCSC Installation Engineering Program as the Director at Lockheed Martin, ensuring exceptional project delivery and technical oversight in a full-time capacity. With your extensive background of over 15 years in the engineering field, you will oversee multidisciplinary teams, monitor project progress using earned value metrics, and maintain effective stakeholder communication while addressing risks throughout the program's phases.
