We Are Hiring: Operations Support Specialist (BPO) We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Operations Support Specialist to join our team. If you have experience in customer support, ticket handling, order management, or back-office operations, this could be a great opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound tickets related to orders, tracking, and shipping issues Update order details, tracking information, and internal records accurately Resolve customer queries and standard exceptions as per SOPs Escalate complex cases when required Maintain proper documentation and internal notes Meet daily productivity and quality targets Requirements: 6 month of experience in BPO, customer support, or operations support Experience with ticketing tools like Zendesk is preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Good attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or order processing Comfortable working on repetitive workflows Strong written English and documentation skills Interested candidates can apply or share their updated resume in [email protected]
