Visit Danone Careers Role and Responsibilities: The Manager– Medical Marketing will be responsible for leading and managing medical marketing for a Global Brand Portfolio - creating, executing and monitoring brand strategy.
Building Brands Lead the market entry commercial strategy for CBU Prepare and roll out the demand generation model for accounts Support for account segmentation and targeting plans Prepare the RTM strategy and lead the execution Understand Healthcare Professional (HCP) insights to lead the communication preparation for pre-launch HCP engagements aligned with the global communication strategy Understand the digital landscape for Specialized Nutrition (SN) to prepare and rollout the consumer plans Work closely with Medical team for local evidence generation and market shaping Own the market entry project for CBU execution to launch on time Lead the HCP evangelists’ identification and engagement plans to create Danone advocates Lead local Strategic studies to understand market landscape and identify unmet needs and create tailored communication / engagement plans for HCPs and consumers Lead the partnership with hospital, patient and HCP groups Conceptualize, develop and execute the full medical marketing mix to drive the brand agenda Business Forecasting / Results - work with Sales and Demand Planning teams to generate accurate volume forecasts Undertake fieldwork to establish a strong connect with Key Opinion Leaders(KOLs) Financials and Budgetary Control Achieve Market Share, topline & bottom-line targets Budgetary control for cost management Risk management &compliance control Candidate Profile 7-10 years of experience, preferably in Pharma, Healthcare, Food, Nutrition, or related industries Experience managing global brands Sales experience will be an advantage Experience in Oncology, Premium Hospital business, Intensivists, Critical care, tender/rate contract business will be preferred
