We are seeking an experienced Manager of Clinical Services to lead our clinical and operational teams, drive patient satisfaction and compliance, support accreditation readiness, and help expand our sleep and respiratory programs. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop clinical and operational team members Ensure exceptional patient care, compliance, and service outcomes Manage workflow, productivity, and operational performance Partner with leadership on profitability goals, business growth, and operational initiatives Assist with Joint Commission preparation, compliance, and accreditation activities Identify and implement process improvements to support growth and efficiency Foster strong relationships with referral sources, patients, physicians, and staff Help drive a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in the DME industry Sleep, respiratory, PAP therapy, nursing, RT (Respiratory Therapist), or DME management experience strongly preferred Experience leading and managing teams in a healthcare environment Strong understanding of patient compliance programs, reimbursement requirements, and patient care standards Familiarity with operational metrics, workflow management, and P&L responsibilities Experience with Brightree is a plus Knowledge of Joint Commission standards and accreditation preparation preferred Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills Why Join Us Competitive salary of $75,000–$85,000 Annual performance-based bonus opportunity Comprehensive benefits package Join a rapidly growing and stable organization Work closely with executive leadership and play a key role in company growth Opportunity for advancement into senior management and leadership roles Make a direct impact on patient outcomes, operational excellence, and organizational success If you’re a motivated healthcare leader who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and making a difference in patients’ lives, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
