Software Developer (Consultant) – PHP Laravel, API & AI-Assisted Development

Also a brief of your experience on Laravel and AWS ** Job Description We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Developer (Consultant) with experience in PHP Laravel, API development, database-driven application development, AI-assisted development, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud exposure .

The selected candidate will work on an enterprise-level workflow-based application , focusing on secure, scalable, and maintainable backend/API development. The candidate should have strong Laravel fundamentals, good database knowledge, and practical exposure to modern development practices including AI-assisted tools, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel .

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs . Work on backend logic, workflow-based modules, database operations, and integrations. Work with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL databases.

Write clean, secure, reusable, and maintainable code. Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools for development, debugging, documentation, and productivity improvement. Work with Docker-based development environments .

Support CI/CD pipeline-based development and deployment workflows . Work with cloud-based environments, preferably Azure and/or AWS . Collaborate with senior developers, QA, DevOps, and project teams.

Required Skills Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel . Good understanding of MVC architecture and object-oriented programming . Experience in REST API development .

Knowledge of MySQL and/or PostgreSQL . Understanding of Git, Composer, and version control . Basic frontend knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or jQuery .

Mandatory exposure to AI-assisted development tools . Exposure to Docker, CI/CD, Azure, and/or AWS . Good debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience 4+ years of experience in PHP/Laravel development. Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Thanks & Regards,
