Industry-leading manufacturer supplying commercial construction markets across North America and beyond Stable, well-backed organization with consistent operations and long-term growth Competitive compensation and benefits package above industry average at this location Inclusive, team-oriented workplace culture with strong peer collaboration on the floor What You'll Do: Support daily health and safety functions for the facility Develop and sustain systems to drive compliance, fatality prevention, and injury reduction Analyze injury and incident data and assist management with focused reduction efforts Lead the industrial hygiene program including sampling plans, exposure records, and hazardous material management Conduct root cause analysis on incidents and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence Maintain and manage PPE requirements Develop, review, and facilitate Health & Safety training Stay current on federal, state, and local health and safety regulations Assist with ASAT audit protocols and Human Performance system implementation Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum 1 year of professional Health & Safety experience in a manufacturing environment Must be authorized to work in the U.S. — no visa sponsorship available Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders Knowledge of OSHA standards and manufacturing/industrial environments Contact Kristie Harnish at [email protected] #LI-KH1 #ZR
