You will act as a brand ambassador, building genuine relationships with customers and delivering the high level of service for which Luca Faloni is known. Working within a small and dedicated team, you will enjoy a varied role with meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to make a direct impact on the success of the location.
Key Responsibilities Deliver an outstanding luxury customer experience at every stage of the client journey. Build long-term client relationships through personalised service and clienteling activities. Achieve individual and team sales objectives.
Maintain excellent product knowledge across all collections. Support visual merchandising and ensure the store is presented to the highest standards. Assist with stock management, deliveries, replenishment, and inventory processes.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Represent the Luca Faloni brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
About You Previous experience in retail, hospitality, luxury, premium, or customer-facing environments. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, professional, and naturally relationship-oriented. Well organised, dependable, and proactive in your approach to work. Comfortable taking initiative and working responsibly within a small team environment.
