Sales & Membership Manager Location: Notting Hill Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ยฃ40k-ยฃ45k plus bonus OTE ยฃ55k Our client is a growing health, wellness, and fitness business committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping members achieve their goals. They are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales & Membership Manager to lead membership growth, maximise retention, and oversee the day-to-day sales process. Position Summary The Sales & Membership Manager is responsible for driving new membership sales, building strong relationships with members, and implementing strategies that increase member retention and engagement.

This role combines sales leadership, customer service excellence, and operational oversight to ensure membership targets are consistently achieved. Key ResponsibilitiesMembership Sales & Growth Generate and convert membership leads through consultations, tours, referrals, and community outreach. Meet and exceed monthly membership sales targets.

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive membership growth. Follow up on all enquiries promptly and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Promote membership packages, programs, and additional services.

Member Experience & Retention Build positive relationships with members and provide outstanding customer service. Proactively engage with members to increase satisfaction and retention. Monitor membership trends and identify opportunities to improve retention rates.

Resolve member concerns professionally and efficiently. Implement member engagement initiatives, events, and promotions. Team Leadership & Administration Support, coach, and motivate staff to achieve sales and service objectives.

Ensure accurate management of membership records and CRM systems. Prepare sales, membership, and retention reports for management. Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvement strategies.

Maintain a professional, welcoming, and customer-focused environment. Business Development Establish partnerships and referral opportunities within the local community. Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Identify new opportunities to grow revenue and membership participation. Skills & Experience Proven experience in sales, membership management, customer service, or a related role. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. Experience using CRM and membership management systems.

Ability to analyse performance data and implement improvement strategies. Leadership experience is highly regarded. Desired Attributes Highly motivated and results-oriented.
