About the Role We are hiring an experienced Google Ads and Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts. This role sits at the intersection of PPC, paid search strategy, and performance marketing. You will be responsible for campaign setup, optimization, and reporting, with a clear path to broader strategy ownership and client facing responsibilities as you grow into the role. Start date is June 22 or 23, 2026, working US East Coast business hours. What You Will Be Doing As a Google Ads Specialist and PPC Search Specialist, you will own paid search performance end to end.

Your responsibilities include: Managing and optimizing Google Ads and PPC lead generation campaigns Building and maintaining account structure, keyword strategy, bidding, and ad testing frameworks Setting up and maintaining accurate conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4 (Google Analytics 4), and call tracking tools like CallRail Monitoring performance and making data driven optimizations to improve results Creating and maintaining reporting dashboards in Looker Studio and clear performance summaries Conducting Google Ads and paid search audits for prospects and existing clients Documenting gaps and optimization opportunities in clear audit reports Working independently while staying aligned with leadership and the performance marketing team Joining client calls over time as responsibilities expand What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who has real experience running PPC and paid search campaigns and understands how to generate leads efficiently. You should bring: 3 plus years of hands on experience as a Google Ads Specialist, PPC Specialist, or Paid Search Manager Strong understanding of paid search strategy, campaign structure, and optimization best practices Advanced experience with conversion tracking and call tracking integrations (Google Tag Manager, GA4, CallRail) Ability to independently plan, launch, and optimize campaigns Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Clear written communication skills Nice to Have Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook Ads) or other performance marketing channels Prior agency experience Google Ads certification Client facing or consulting experience What We Offer Ownership over the paid search accounts you manage Gradual onboarding with support and context Clear growth path into senior PPC or Performance Marketing Manager responsibilities Collaborative, low ego team focused on results
