Learn . Role Description Protouch is seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to join our on-site team in Ahmedabad. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across platforms.

The role involves creating content calendars, overseeing content production, managing social media campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring consistency in brand voice and visual identity. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and consumer behavior. They will collaborate closely with creative, content, influencer, and performance marketing teams to drive impactful campaigns and strengthen Protouch's digital presence.

Qualifications Proven experience in social media management, content planning, and digital marketing. 4–6 years of relevant experience preferred. Experience with D2C brands, especially personal care, beauty, or skincare, is a strong plus. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging social media platforms.

Experience in creating and managing content calendars and executing social media campaigns. Ability to analyze social media metrics and derive actionable insights to improve engagement and growth. Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.

Strong understanding of social media trends, creator culture, and audience behavior. Experience working with designers, content creators, influencers, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools is preferred.
