Location Hybrid role based across locations – Dallas, Atlanta, Nashville, Chicago, New Jersey Grade Grade: C2 About the job you're considering Capgemini is seeking an execution‑driven Technical Project Manager (TPM) with strong Systems Integration (SI) delivery experience to lead complex technology engagements. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can step into programs, drive recovery, and ensure successful delivery by taking decisive actions, enforcing accountability, and proactively solving delivery challenges across global teams. The ideal candidate brings real‑world SI delivery experience, understands the nuances of managing custom‑developed enterprise applications, and actively leads onshore‑offshore execution.

Your role Own end‑to‑end delivery with clear accountability for execution and outcomes Drive programs through structured plans and decisive actions Identify issues early and take corrective actions proactively, going beyond reporting Manage performance across teams, addressing underperformance and making necessary tough calls Lead delivery in a Systems Integrator (SI) context, managing competing priorities across clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams Identify and resolve real delivery challenges such as communication gaps, unclear requirements, time‑zone and dependency misalignment, quality and accountability issues in distributed teams Engage deeply with engineering teams in custom application environments, managing interdependencies across systems Provide hands‑on technology team leadership, not just stakeholder coordination Lead stakeholder communication, escalations, and decision‑making with a focus on resolution and action Your skills and experience 15+ years in Technical Project / Delivery Management roles Mandatory: Systems Integration (SI) experience with proven delivery ownership Proven track record of turning around challenging projects Strong experience managing custom‑developed enterprise applications (Java/.NET/Cloud ecosystems) Strong experience managing global (onshore‑offshore) delivery teams Demonstrated ability to drive execution along with governance or reporting Strong understanding of SDLC, delivery lifecycle, and engineering workflows Experience handling performance management and delivery escalations Compensation The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082–$193,440. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
