Inventory Operations Analyst Location: Calgary, AB Available Shifts: AM Shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM / $19 per hour PM Shift: Monday to Thursday, 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM / $19.75 per hour Start Date: Wednesday, June 18th, 2026 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Operations Analyst to join our team in Calgary. This role is responsible for supporting inventory accuracy, operational reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will use data analysis, business systems, and problem-solving skills to identify trends, optimize processes, and support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Analyze inventory and operational data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate inventory variances. Generate and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and internal business systems.

Utilize SQL to query databases and support data-driven decision-making. Assist with process improvement initiatives by identifying operational bottlenecks and recommending solutions. Maintain accurate records within ERP and CRM systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory and operational issues. Present findings, recommendations, and reports to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Support inventory audits and operational compliance activities.

Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and Macros. Foundational knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data.

Experience working with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and/or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in inventory control, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or operations analysis is considered an asset.
