Responsibilities As a Solutions Engineer in the Engineering Technologies team, you will blend aircraft maintenance expertise with cutting‑edge digital solutions, delivering innovative data and analytics insights to enhance Engineering & Maintenance operations. You’ll develop predictive maintenance and condition monitoring initiatives, working cross‑functionally to drive digital transformation.

Collaborate on use cases and proof of concept development Implement data‑driven solutions to optimise performance Analyse engineering workflows to identify improvements Develop predictive maintenance solutions to reduce downtime and enhance safety Integrate digital tools with existing systems Ensure regulatory compliance and best practice standards Assist with training and adoption of new technologies Create reports and visualisations to share insights Qualifications We’re looking for a data‑focused problem solver with a passion for engineering innovation. Communicate effectively across all levels Be analytical, detail‑oriented, and creative in problem solving Be self‑motivated, adaptable, and delivery‑focused Demonstrate strong organisational skills Have knowledge of Python, PySpark, and SQL Hold an Aerospace Engineering Degree or equivalent Have experience in Airline Engineering Operations, ideally Part‑C‑CAMO Beneficial Skills Be experienced with Palantir Foundry or Skywise Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML/CSS Join our exciting, forward‑thinking team and be part of a dynamic business!
