Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager role at Techtail Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid and organic initiatives. You will oversee social media presence, manage content calendars, and coordinate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring performance using web analytics tools, generating reports, and making data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and lead generation. You will also manage budgets, track campaign spend, stay current with digital marketing trends, and mentor junior team members to support overall marketing objectives. Qualifications Strong digital marketing skills, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple online channels.

Experience with social media marketing and lead generation, with a focus on building engagement and driving qualified inquiries. Proficiency in web analytics and marketing performance measurement to interpret data, generate insights, and inform strategy. Solid understanding of core marketing principles and brand positioning in a digital environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present campaign results and recommendations clearly. Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency setting. Experience leading or coordinating a small team or cross-functional contributors is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and paid media channels (e.g., search, social, display) is beneficial.
