About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager who has atleast 3 years of experience in marketing. Preference would be given to the candidate who had experience in offline marketing as well. The candidate should have clear understanding of latest concepts of digital marketing & how the brand can be elevated, utilizing the strengths of the brand. • The candidate would be given the overall responsibility of the marketing of a specific product category under the flagship brand, TULIPS. • The candidate would be expected to create out-of-the-box strategies to take the sales of that product category to the next level. • The candidate would be expected to control marketing strategies in both online & offline channels, for the given product category.

This role requires a strong blend of strategy, analytics & execution, with a sharp focus on learning by experimentation; development of trendy online & offline campaigns which catch the imagination of the consumer; sales growth, category expansion, and market competitiveness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Category Ownership & Growth • Identify opportunities for category expansion • Monitor category performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue & margins 2.

Online Sales (E-commerce & Marketplaces) • Manage and optimize presence across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart & D2C etc. • Work closely with the team to improve product listings, A+ content, keywords, and conversion rates on ecom portals as well as company’s D2C store • Work closely with performance marketing teams to scale high-performing SKUs 3. Offline Sales & Distribution (if there is experience in offline marketing as well) • Work closely with the sales team to strengthen general trade, modern trade • Plan promotions, schemes, and visibility strategies at store level • Represent the brand in Modern Trade, for the given product category. 4. Market & Competitor Analysis • Conduct regular analysis of competitor pricing, packaging, and positioning • Identify trends and gaps to build winning category strategies • Stay updated on consumer behavior and category shifts ENSURE SEAMLESS EXECUTION ACROSS ALL TOUCH POINTS What We’re Looking For • Atleast 3 years of experience in marketing • Preferably a Master’s degree or any equivalent course in Marketing • Strong understanding of FMCG or personal hygiene categories • Experience handling both offline and online sales channels • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data & performance metrics • Execution speed, and problem-solving ability • Good communication & coordination skills Key Skills • E-commerce Optimization • Experience in development of effective content for marketing • Data Analysis (Excel / dashboards) Salary CTC ranging from Rs 10 - Rs 18 Lac p.a. depending on experience & capability.
