Job Title: Artist Manager / Talent Manager (For a rising Artist) Location: Hyderabad Compensation: Base Salary: 50,000 80,000 per month Performance Bonus: 5% 10% of deals closed Performance Review after 6 months Job Brief Are you passionate about music, talent, and building successful careers? We are looking for an energetic and business-minded Artist Manager to lead the career growth of a rising artist. In this role, you will be the key link between the artist s creative vision and business success.
You will manage shows, brand partnerships, label relationships, OTT opportunities, festivals, and more. Responsibilities Career & Revenue Growth Own and execute the artist's 24-month revenue plan.
Grow revenue through live shows, brand partnerships, OTT opportunities, merchandise, festivals, and licensing deals. Track revenue performance and provide monthly updates. Deal Negotiation & Business Development Negotiate fees and contracts for club shows, corporate events, college events, headline performances, and international opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with labels, OTT platforms, festival organizers, venue bookers, and brand marketing teams. Create and manage a strong pipeline of shows and commercial opportunities. Team & Operations Management Coordinate and guide the artist's support team, including booking agents, marketing, PR, and operations partners.
Ensure all team members stay aligned on goals and timelines. Maintain a shared calendar for the artist and team. Artist & Industry Relations Manage interviews, public appearances, approvals, and professional commitments.
Lead discussions with record labels and investors. Prepare pitch decks and presentation materials for business meetings. International Expansion Initiate and manage UK, EU, and USA visa applications.
Support planning for future international tours and opportunities. Strategic Planning Turn business plans into clear and simple action steps for the artist. Identify revenue gaps and create solutions to achieve growth targets.
Qualifications Required Experience 3 to 6 years of experience in music management, talent management, artist management, or the entertainment industry. Proven experience negotiating show fees, brand partnerships, or commercial contracts independently. Experience managing relationships with artists and industry stakeholders.
Skills & Knowledge Strong negotiation and communication skills. Good understanding of revenue planning and business growth. Financial awareness, including reading P&L statements, understanding margins, and preparing show budgets.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Preferred Requirements Existing relationships with venue bookers, corporate event agencies, promoters, brands, or record labels. Ability to confidently guide and hold artists accountable to agreed goals.
Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate. Success Measures (KPIs) Maintain a minimum of 3 confirmed show dates at all times. Track and report monthly revenue against targets.
Maintain at least 2 active brand partnership conversations every quarter. Secure the first label or OTT meeting within 90 days. What Success Looks Like First 30 Days Complete a full review of the current show pipeline and revenue opportunities.
Identify and onboard a booking agent. Begin UK and EU visa application processes. Launch initial brand outreach efforts.
First 60 Days Secure at least 4 confirmed shows. Complete the artist's label pitch deck. Have at least 1 brand partnership in active negotiation.
Establish weekly team tracking and reporting. First 90 Days Conduct the first label or OTT platform meeting. Build a corporate show pipeline with at least 2 active prospects.
Implement a monthly revenue reporting system. Ensure the artist and team are working from a shared master calendar. Why Join Us?
