What You'll Do Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies Create and manage content calendars aligned with brand goals Write engaging captions, campaign copy, and long-form content Collaborate with designers, editors, and strategists to deliver impactful campaigns Implement effective SMO practices to improve reach and engagement Monitor social media performance and optimize content based on insights Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats Work directly with founders, leadership teams, and clients Manage social media presence across multiple industries and brand categories Contribute to campaign ideation, content planning, and brand-building initiatives Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred) Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and content formats Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies Experience managing content calendars and campaign execution Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to handle multiple brands and deadlines effectively Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset You'll Thrive With Us If You Think beyond posting and focus on building brands Enjoy creating content with purpose and measurable impact Stay curious about trends, culture, and audience behavior Take ownership of your work and execute with precision Collaborate effectively with creative and strategy teams Are open to feedback and continuously improving your craft Want to grow quickly in a high-responsibility, fast-paced environment Location: Pune Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Experience: 2+ Years If you're excited about creating meaningful brand experiences and growing alongside a dynamic creative team, we'd love to hear from you.
